• Delivery to all Lithuanian cities - from 3.99 EUR. (except Neringa municipality.)
• For the price of delivery to other countries, you should contact our managers.
• Goods can be picked up free of charge in the UAB, Pakuotes centras store: E. Šimkūnaitės st. 10, LT-04130, Vilnius.
• We strive that the goods we sell are always in our warehouse and are easily available to you. The delivery of goods in our warehouse usually takes 1-2 (one-two) working days from the date of your order. During the holiday period from December 1st to December 31st, delivery of orders may take 2-7 (two to seven) business days from the date of your order. We will inform you by e-mail. by mail, if after submitting the order to Us, paying for it and receiving Our confirmation, the required quantity of the ordered goods would not be in Our warehouse. If such a situation occurs, Our authorized person will contact you, informing you how long the delivery of the ordered goods should take.
• The terms of ordering, manufacturing and delivery of individual goods are negotiated directly with the representative of Our Website in each case.
• When goods delivery services are provided to you by third parties, We cannot be responsible for the delay or loss of the package, any action or omission of third parties, or any other event from the moment the package was handed over by the third parties providing delivery services.
• In the event that the packaging of the ordered goods that you received has external defects, you must inform the courier about this during the delivery of the goods. In the event that internal product damage is detected, which was not visible at the time of delivery and is not due to natural wear and tear of the product, you should contact directly the company that delivered the product, which is responsible for the product damage.
